  • 8 cream dory
  • breaded fish
  • canola oil
  • tomato ketchup
  • salt
  • vinegar

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a large frying pan over a medium-low heat.
  2. Add the fish fillets and pan-fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Serve the fish with tomato ketchup for dipping and sprinkled with a little salt and vinegar (preferably malt vinegar).
